Well, guess what? Those feelings and thoughts originate from your heart. Yes, it's true. Your physical heart is a medium of thoughts and feelings. I'm sure you've probably heard the words "be careful what comes from the heart" or "they died of a broken heart." Our heart is not only created for our physical existence. The heart is a conduit of the soul. While meditating I objectively listened to my thoughts and analyzed my feelings, whether they were positive, negative, or absolutely bazaar. I deeply contemplated their origins and a fter extensive analysis and meditation, the answer to the puzzle of "where do our thoughts and emotions originate from" dawned on me intuitively.
