  This post is a metaphysical analysis of prayer through the lens of a spiritual scientist . What is a spiritual scientist? Well, let's put it this way. A material scientist must prove their findings backed by physical research. The spiritual scientist does the same thing albeit by a slightly different method. The material scientist only believes what they can see which is all fine-and-well. However, the spiritual scientist goes beyond the physical hence the term metaphysics which means beyond physics. Consequently, seeing that there is a mind-body connection, you should try your best to be a good friend to your body.  If you take care of your body...your body will take care of you. Nonetheless, when I write take care of your body it's not meant in only a physical sense. Your mental relationship with your body is just as important. If not, the world will scare and depress you and will make no sense at all. From its conception, the  "material" world has been filled with turmoil. So many people are extremely concerned about the comings-and-goings taking place around the world today, so I wrote a post titled Don't Worry...The World Has Always Been A Mess Part 1 .   Well, I decided to write a part-two to that post. Yes, I know...stating that life is just a game seems nonsensical. However, when you realize how life is just a game you will begin to understand how to play it . The happenings taking place today have always occurred in one form or another throughout history.  Therefore, if you know the rules of the game you will cease to be anxious. You'll start to comprehend that things will eventually sort themselves out...if you play life by the rules.  As the saying goes: There is great power within you. A power that is capable of defeating any negative circumstance if you but understand how it works.
