The saying goes "the body is a good friend but a treacherous enemy." Consequently, seeing that there is a mind-body connection, you should try your best to be a good friend to your body. If you take care of your body...your body will take care of you. Nonetheless, when I write take care of your body it's not meant in only a physical sense. Your mental relationship with your body is just as important. You see the body and the mind take care of each other, however, the mind has the power to heal the body and renew your soul. Have you ever been around people with a malady and wondered "why did this happen to them...they were always eating the right foods and exercising."
