God Is Better

Do the words "God Is Better" mean something to you? In today's turmoil, have those words ever crossed your mind? Or, perhaps you've heard those words before and never really thought about them....until now. Is there something in the current upheaval giving you pause-for-thought and now you're thinking "there must be something better." Well, there is something better...God Is Better and there's no getting around it.
I knew I had to write this post as I noticed all the confusion, sadness, and destruction everywhere. Sure, I know that the "reality" is actually the opposite, but so many do not know this. To them, what's happening is very real and they think that this world is all there is. The upheaval has them baffled. They adhere to the dictates of the world and well, we see what's happening. There's only one escape from it all...and that is God. You can use the term The Creator, The One, It, The Most High, whatever term you please.
It seems that Souls on this earthly journey have forgotten their "true" nature and made the external world i.e. their governments, world leaders, banking institutions, doctors, etc., "their God." But there is always a choice. (Read my previous post You Always Have A Choice).
That choice is whether you want to serve man or serve God.
God is merciful...man is not. God offers unconditional love...man does not. God knows and understands who you REALLY are...man does not. God is holy and forgiving...man is not. God has the answer to all your troubles...man does not.
"As certain training is needed for engaging in the art of war, so does our engagement in battling with active life. Untrained warriors are soon killed on the battlefield; so also men untrained in the art of preserving their inner peace are quickly riddled by the bullets of worry and restlessness in active life.
Man's great need is to find more time to enjoy nature, to simplify his life and his imaginary necessities, to enjoy the true needs of his existence, to learn to know his children and friends better, and most of all, TO KNOW HIMSELF AND THE GOD WHO MADE HIM."

God Is Better
God Is Better than...anything man can offer you because only God can fulfill the perfection the Soul craves. God created this world not mankind. They can't make one flower grow. They didn't create the moon and the stars. They didn't create electricity...they discovered it.
When you pledge your allegiance to the world and not God...you will never know true happiness because the world can't and won't give you happiness. Only God grants happiness because we are part of Him and God's nature is pure joy. We are the Soul of God on earth. But when we separate from him in our conscious the world becomes nothing but trouble and confusion.
"The world is a divine enigma - evil mixed with good, sorrow with joy, death with life....We should not rack our brains nor become disbelievers in a divine scheme in creation if we cannot understand all the paradoxical dramas of good and evil, of happiness and sorrow, of rich and poor, of health and sickness, of intelligence and stupidity, of peace and wars, of kindness and cruelty in nature.
A successful play has suspense, captivates the interest, bewilders or puzzles, and ends with a satisfying dramatic flourish....Similarly, God will in time suddenly lift the veil for every ascending Soul, disclosing the final part of the Cosmic Drama, long concealed, behind the many acts of tragedies and comedies, to reveal its mighty, noble end."
